Lovely flat in a very convenient spot, would definitely stay again

Clean spacious and comfortable. Solid choice.

Good location,it‘s really clean and convenient. Jay always replies me immediately. We really had a good time here.

Great location for the apartment right next to a few underground stations including Euston Square, Great Portland Street and Warren Street so really good access to central London. Plenty stores, bars and restaurants around to get whatever you need. Only issue we had was the flat is a little stuffy and could do with some air conditioning in the summer months. It’s worth nothing the second bedroom is a single, but sofa beds in the living room are available. Good hosts, good coms and a good welcome.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. It was perfectly clean, a great location and quiet street. It had some lovely thoughtful touches for when we checked in. Would highly recommend.

Location is amazing! Only steps away from the local tube stop. We would stay here again.

A really clean and beautiful apartment to choose!Good place and convenient transportation, just 1 minute walk to underground. Many supermarkets near here.

Clean and comfortable. It’s located right by the tube and is in a very central neighborhood where you can walk everywhere.

We enjoyed staying with Black Square as we had all we needed: beautiful place, all amenities we needed, great central location and responsive host. We can only recommend the place.

This is a great space. Highly recommended. Great service also.

This apartment is in a great location and the master bed room and bathroom was top quality. There were nice touches like milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine

The flat was absolutely perfect. From communication and check in to the thoughtful touches that have been put into making us feel so welcome in the flat. It was super clean and couldn't have asked for a better location. Would definitely come back!!

Where else to begin but a perfect 10 out of 10!!! I think we were one of the first people to stay here, and we spent almost 3 weeks in this Warren St pad. It was perfect for what we needed. Lot's of room for 2 adults and our 3 year old (great little toy chest and baby facilities if needed...thanks Megan & Jay!). Central to everything...Euston Station, 4 different tube stations within 100 metres, cool pubs and great dining are everywhere, and there's some small supermarkets (Sainsbury's & Tesco) at the end of the street. We had everything we needed to cook in (which we did a lot of), do washing (Website hidden by Airbnb) truly was like being at home. Megan and Jay were great hosts and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Wifi worked great and the cable is set up if you want to stay in. Only thing to note is Warren St does get a bit of foot traffic at night, especially on the weekends. That said we were never woken up by anything, but if you're a very light sleeper this might be an annoyance to you. Our 3 year old slept like a dream (also a result of all the awesome kiddie playgrounds around - Regent's Park etc). Thanks Megan & Jay, a great way to kick off our time in London!!!

Jay and Megan's place {Warren St} was really nicely situated, clean and spacious. They were great hosts who communicated easily and were especially accommodating without schedules. Really sweet hosts!

Place is as advertised. The description of he flat is accurate. Very clean and spacious. We had a group of five and this place was plenty big. I would definitely come back again if the hosts would have me!

Great place, clean, tidy, and perfectly situated. Jay answer any question in a very short time and had lots of details with us, adults and children. The place couldn't be in a better condition. Was a great decision

Jay met us with a bottle of wine, crisps and chocolate, which was great. The flat was very clean, well decorated, and the location is great, with Russel Square station 2 min away and another two stations within a 5 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and Covent Garden is only a 25 min walk away. Overall we had a pleasant time. Just one thing to note: whilst the tube's noise didn't bother me and my husband much, it did bother our daughter, who has insomnia and is more sensitive to noise. On Fridays and Saturdays both the Victoria and the Northern lines are 24h, so she had some difficulties getting to sleep.

Jay stayed in constant communication and met us at the apartment in person. He waited for us, even though our train from Paris was delayed by an hour. Thank you, Jay. Location is fantastic, and the apartment was clean and spacious. Having two full bathrooms was convenient. Both the Underground and bus stop are just a block away. There are numerous restaurants and pubs within walking distance. A few tips: - The kitchen utensils are in a shallow drawer under the stove, inside a larger drawer where the pots and pans are. - Garbage can be tied and placed on the sidewalk near the lamp post. - The bus service is super easy to use and a bargain compared to the Underground. For anyone staying at least two days, I recommend that you buy the Oyster card. We found out how that worked only after buying a couple of (expensive) single-trip Underground passes. Oyster cards are convenient and work for both transportation options.

Beautiful! Exactly as advertised. Great hosts - very responsive. Can't beat the location for public transit, stores and restaurants. Thank you!

I love this flat. It's very clean, it also has a washer as well, which we didn't needed to use for a short stayed in London. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 pull out sofa beds for my nephews to stayed. A perfect twin bed for my daughter, she was happy to have her own room. 2 bathrooms, the master bathroom is really big. We loved the modern kitchen as well. It was perfect for our family of 5. The metro was just on the corner of the streets. I loved my morning walked to the store, which are open early. Which was great for us to grab breakfast before our outing. Convient mart are all over the area too. Great place and location. Lily

Beautiful flat ,great location very clean the hosts are great and very responsive to guests questions

Fantastic apartment with central location & easy check-in. We had a great stay!

Great accommodation, fab location. Really great communication. Flexible and helpful hosts. The upstairs is not as big as it looks on the photos.

Our stay here was amazing, the appartment was locatated on a great spot near puclic transports and resturants. The place was clean and nice.

Très bien situé cet appartement est à la fois très bien équipé et très confortable. Jay hôte des lieux est très réactive et à l écoute. Une très bonne expérience.

Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. This place is great for groups or a family and is located by a nearby station for exploring London. We had a lovely stay and this spot was perfect for the last leg of my trip in Europe.

We really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location and a beautiful spacious apartment. The little welcome box was a really nice touch. The service was great, Jay replied to our questions (at all hours) and we were warmly welcomed by Dennis. We’d happily stay again without hesitation. Barry, Christine, Freddie (8) & Remy (2)

We had a wonderful time visiting London with our four children. The flat was located right next to the Warren St. tube station and close to several excellent restaurants. We were also walking distance to many shops. The space was bright and clean and we were greeted by Dennis when we arrived. We paid a small fee in order to check in early. He and Jay were very accommodating and helpful. The only issue we had was that the futons in the common area and the extra bed each slept one person. The solution was that Dennis brought over a large air mattress - and all four kids were happy.

Great Location and excellent check in and check out!

A nice serviced flat at a very convenient place. We were late for meeting but Dennis kindly waited for us and check-in was smooth. The rooms are, as advertised in the photos, spacious and clean This place also has a good selection of cutlery and crockery, so we could enjoyed some cooking. Highly recommended. Although we really enjoyed the stay, one thing I minded was the room temperature. The room in the ground floor was not air-conditioned (at least I couldn't find how to do it), and the window was not allowed to be open for security reasons. During our stay, the temperature had reached 30 degrees Celsius, so the room was a bit hot.

The apartment is really neat and stylish, the rooms are big and kitchen is well furnished and amenities are great. Definitely better than a hotel. Wine and crisps on the house are a nice additional touch.

This was a fantastic place to stay nothing it didn’t have. Great position with the best little pub just down the street. Close to public transport. We couldn’t recommend this highly enough.

Our flat at 59 Warren Street was spacious enough to sleep our family of five. The flat was very modern and well appointed with new appliances, two full modern bathrooms, plenty of electrical outlets for charging phones and computers, and a nice television with good selection of entertainment channels. The location in the Fitzrovia district in central London was very convenient. The flat is close to the Warren underground station, very close walking distance to a park, and the surrounding streets are full of stores, pubs, and restaurants. The flat was very clean on arrival both times that we stayed there. Aside from foot traffic on the street, the neighborhood seems quite and peaceful and safe to walk around in. Having spent two years of military service stationed north of London during the 1990s, we were familiar with the fact that many private residences and even some smaller hotels in the area do not have central air conditioning. Usually this can be overcome by keeping windows open for airflow and using fans to mitigate the worst heat. Unfortunately, our stay in London during mid July was during a spell of hot weather and the flat was very difficult to keep cool. We stayed twice over 10 days – the first stay was one night and the second stay was two nights. The first stay we had one rotating floor fan, but on the upper level it was not very effective because it only moved warm air around. It was cooler to step out on the street than to be inside during virtually every part of the day. Unfortunately, the main front window cannot be opened, which limits the ability to effectively cool the main level. The lower level stays cooler because a door in the smaller bedroom can be opened allowing cool air in. In the main lower bedroom however, the window can only be slightly opened and it limits how much air can flow into the room and a fan really is needed there as well. On our second stay, the owner graciously added a second fan to the flat, which helped a little bit but overall the main floor of the flat stayed significantly warmer than the outside temperature even as things cooled off during the night. If you are renting this size flat because you have to sleep one or two of your party upstairs, just be prepared that it may be uncomfortable if it is during a hot spell in London. Otherwise, the flat is clean, modern, centrally located, and large enough for a big group.

Great space in a great location. Spacious and well equipped. Sofa beds not the most comfortable really but as it was warm we used the duvets as padding and the sheets and some sofa throws on top which helped.

Siamo stati a Londra in questo appartamento questo weekend in sette persone, quattro adulti e tre bambini, siamo stati benissimo, appartamento pulito come da foto.

This space is lovely upon walking in. It is in a cool area with tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops within easy walking distance. Pubs on the street can make it a bit noisy at night. The proximity of the flat to the tube station means you can hear it from the bedrooms but was surprisingly soothing. Quick access to the tube at Warren Street and easily walkable to Oxford Circus, other lines. We had a very curious 1.5 year old and the baby amenities were excellent and having an equipped kitchen made it much easier for babysitting and eating. Extremely responsive and professional host. Only complaint is that the bed downstairs was not big enough. It is listed as a king but my tall husband would disagree with his feet hanging off the end the whole trip. Also, the TV took some figuring out but we managed. Overall great stay and would recommend for the Fitzrovia area.
